The school of the young (newly arrived) teacher (SHMP) is a pedagogical collegial body that contributes to the scientific, theoretical, scientific, methodological and practical training of College teachers. The school is a structural division of the College’s methodological service. The category of young (novice) teachers includes newly arrived teachers who do not have a pedagogical education or have experience in a construction College that does not exceed one year.
Experienced teachers, administrative and managerial personnel of the educational institution, as well as other educational institutions are involved in the work at the School. The school is designed to promote the formation of a young teacher in his professional skills and guide his creative development.
