HOUR OF GOOD ORDER ABOUT THE ENLIGHTENER OF THE GREAT STEPPE

The next “Hour of Integrity” of the Anti-Corruption Agency dedicated to the life of an outstanding Kazakh educator-teacher, writer, ethnographer, scientist-folklorist, teacher of the nation – Ibrai Altynsarin was held at the Kostanay Construction College. Ibrai Altynsarin became the founding father of education in the history of the Kazakh steppe, devoting his entire adult life to teaching Kazakh children.
Having opened the first public school, he urged residents to send their children to schools and wrote a textbook in Kazakh. In the preface of the “Kazakh Reader” the author wrote “When composing this book, I wanted it to become a textbook for Kazakh children brought up in Russian-Kazakh schools, and a book available for general education …”. Year after year, the growing value of the scientist’s rich encyclopedic heritage is the pride of our people. Undoubtedly, Ibrai Altynsarin is the founder of new poetry, the leader of education and the first teacher of the Kazakh people.
