January 8, 201 in Kostanay construction college held a round table on the topic “Social partnership in vocational guidance: effective interaction between school and college.” The work was attended by deputy directors for educational work, responsible for the vocational guidance of secondary schools No. 7, 16, 19, 23 of Kostanay, the administration of the construction college and members of the coordination council. Representatives of schools with which the college has successfully cooperated for many years were invited to the event. The round table was organized with the purpose of providing vocational guidance to students in the process of choosing the profile of training and the scope of future professional activity and developing students’ conscientious attitude to work, professional self-determination in terms of the freedom to choose the field of activity in accordance with their capabilities, abilities and taking into account labor market requirements. The moderator was Inertbaeva GS, deputy director for educational work. The director of the college Shamshin A.Zh. told about the history of the educational institution, its image, tasks, and conditions of training, responsible secretary of the selection committee Musina L.M. – Zhіnіs D.ZH. During the work of the round table for discussion the following questions were proposed:

1. How effective are the used methods and forms of vocational guidance in educational institutions.

2. What are the problems of interaction between educational institutions and possible solutions?

3.What is the need and willingness for close cooperation of educational institutions.

During the discussion, an exchange of views and proposals took place, since the topic of the round table was absolutely relevant for all those present. After completing the work, a tour of the college was organized for the guests.
