On November 29, this year, the regional stage of the contest “Master of the Year-2018” among the masters of industrial training of VET organizations was held at the college. The competition was organized by the Education Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region, a methodical study of technical and vocational education. The purpose of the competition is to improve the creative and pedagogical skills of the masters of industrial training in the preparation of competitive specialists, raising the status of the profession, generalizing and disseminating advanced teaching experience.

19 masters of industrial training took part in the competition, 8 people passed to the final. The competition program consisted of three tasks: Business card “Innovations in my work as a master of industrial training” – presentation of the innovative experience of the master of industrial training in teaching students to modern industrial technologies in industrial training classes and during practical training; develop a professional sample test card for students; professional master class – demonstration of technology or reception within the scope of its activities.

The winners were determined:

Grand Prix – Shirokova V.V., KGKP “Fedorovsky Agricultural College”;

I place – Wilhelm N.I., KGKP “Kostanay College of Bytservice”;

II place – Lazareva V.I., State Enterprise “Rudny College of Technology and Service”;

III place – Dikaeva L.V., KGKP “Borovskoy Vocational – Technical College”.

The following nominations were awarded with diplomas: “Master – Innovator” – Kaida LA, KGKP “Kostanay Agricultural College”; “For high professionalism” – Efimova T.G., KGKP “Kostanay Vocational and Technical College”; “Master Leader of Ideas” – AN Petroshenko, Karagushky Agricultural College State Enterprise; “Master – educator” – Banchuzhna Z.S., KGKP “Kazakhstan Agrotechnical College”. Prize-winners of the competition were awarded valuable gifts.
