On November 19, 2018, students of the group 5SEZS-1 had an excursion to the “Specialized Interdistrict Juvenile Court of the Kostanay Region (Juvenile Court)”. The purpose of the tour was: the prevention of crimes and unlawful acts among minors. First-year students in the amount of 12 people attended the trial under article 442 of the Criminal Code of Kazakhstan (Minor persons staying at night in entertainment establishments or outside the home without being accompanied by legal representatives). Also, a preventive conversation was held with the students with the participation of the judge of the specialized inter-district juvenile court Kaztaev Myltykbai Kabievich, who explained to the students competently and easily their rights and obligations to society. All students are very actively involved in the conversation, asking questions, discussing life situations. The atmosphere behind the preventive conversation was confidential and unconstrained.
