In Kostanay construction college members of the lecturer group of teachers Nichubay E.V., Musinoi L.M. and librarians Velgoshey G.V., Bagrova N.E. work was carried out to clarify the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The lecture group covered more than 300 students, from the first to the third courses.

In the course of the explanatory work, the lecturers focused the students’ attention on the main tasks outlined in the Address by the President of the country: income growth of the population; improving the quality of life; creating a comfortable living environment; state apparatus, focused on the needs of citizens, effective foreign policy, the involvement of each Kazakhstani in the processes of transformation in the country.

The students took an active part in the discussion of the directions and programs indicated in the Message, expressed their vision on the implementation of the tasks assigned to the people of Kazakhstan.

The lecturers drew particular attention to the words of the President, directly addressed to the younger generation: “Comprehensive support for young people and the institution of the family should be a priority of state policy. It is necessary to create a broad platform of social elevators, which will include a full range of measures to support all categories of young people. I propose to declare next year the Year of Youth. ”
