November 1, 2018 students of group № 318 ARCH-3, together with the teacher for architectural design Ishchenko G. A. made a tour of construction sites of residential houses in the city of Kostanay (the developer of IP “Adminov”). As the proverb says:” it is Better to see once than hear a hundred times”, students – future architects-designers got acquainted with the work and construction of structural elements of the building. During the tour, students saw the modern layout of residential premises with an area of 80m2 and 130m2, got acquainted with the device of prefabricated staircases, partitions made of aerated concrete and silicate material of Russian production, installation of window and door bridges, the implementation of ventilation channels and utilities, the construction of the roof and attic floors. Also, students appreciated the device of Parking for all residential building, entrance to the entrances of houses and interior decoration of residential premises. The tour was interesting, informative and relevant before the course and diploma works.
