In order to search for forms of constructive cooperation in the issue of training and employment of graduates of construction profile on October 12, the College held a round table “training of specialists for the construction industry in the region: problems and prospects”.

The event was attended by representatives of LLP “BK-STROY”, LLP “Promstroyproekt”, RSE “rudnensky industrial Institute”, College management, teachers of special disciplines and masters of industrial training.

During the panel discussion with social partners discussed areas such as employment of graduates, College graduate model, mentoring, cooperation , as well as modern trends in construction – BIM –technology. Cooperation with employers is analysed internship for College students; dual training; the conduct of professional skills contests in social partners.

According to the results of the round table, the directions of further joint work of the College staff and employers are identified, specific activities for cooperation are planned.
