Within the framework of cooperation between KSP “Kostanay construction College” and JSC “BC-STROY”, by prior agreement, students of group 5 SEZS-1, who master the specialty “Construction and Operation of buildings and structures” in the state language, went on a trip on October 4. At the beginning of construction of students and teachers met the foreman of construction Usoltsev Sergey Vasilyevich, briefly informing about safety of equipment, distributed a helmet. At once all of us went to the yard of the object under construction where he told that there is an intensive construction of eight six-storeyed houses, is ready to 100% access to two houses, and also about improvement and improvement of territories of these buildings.

Particular attention was paid to the students of climatic conditions and geological work in the project. Together with the foreman, we approached the objects where zero work is carried out. Here he showed the students the opportunity to combine earthwork and fundamental work to speed up the construction time. In the right half of the building the Foundation blocks were installed, in the left side parallel work was carried out on the drilling of wells, leveling, strapping reinforcement and pouring concrete grade B35.

Depending on the stages of construction, students asked Sergei Vasilyevich their questions on the way to expand the horizons of future specialties “to what depth the Foundation of buildings is installed, what material is processed outside the Foundation, what types of cranes are used, whether the work of the foreman is harder, what is the salary”. The foreman did not hurry to these questions as the qualified specialist, showed that he is a professional of the business, answered the questions interesting students. In addition, students have chosen the right path in choosing a profession and teach in this school qualified teachers, studying at this College, passing industrial, pre-diploma experience in this institution, demonstrating that in the future knowledge is full, purposeful to their work, in 2011, after graduation, began his career with a concrete worker, then was a master of construction, now rose to the level of a foreman and loved the chosen profession. The questions of students about what should be a foreman, first of all, should be responsible, have a deep knowledge, be comprehensive, able to study advanced technologies in the country and around the world, read daily on the Internet, Newspapers, magazines and use them in the process. A foreman so much the complexity of the work, even after doing the work in two shifts, noted that he was considering a plan for the next day at home. At the entrance to the construction site Sergey Vasilyevich acquainted students with the work of finishing teams, where graduates of our College in 2014 Sergey Kuznetsov and Park Stanislav work as masters of finishing works. In the performance he noted that in the submission there are several working crews and the qualified specialists who are able technologically correctly to organize work of these crews.

We can say that the students travel to the construction, as well as interviews with the foreman, in which they show interest in the future profession and know how to choose the right mandate.
