On 14 September the students of computing and software 341-1 was a tour to the company “PROFI SOFT” involved in developing professional software for over 10 years. In this company the specialists certified by 1C firm who constantly improve the knowledge and skills work.

Students from the College were met by the Deputy Director – Evgeny Zhukovsky, he briefly told about the company and then offered to take a tour of the office with the development Manager Daria Krupenya. Daria held students in all departments of the company, calling not only their purpose, but along the way, acquainted with their staff. Then the tour participants had the opportunity to ask questions to the company’s specialists. It is noteworthy that almost all employees of the company are young professionals who themselves have recently been studying colleges or universities of our region, but despite this they have a lot of experience and have something to share with the younger generation.

Programmers were interested to know which students already have an idea about programming and what programming languages they know. They also gave recommendations on what you should pay attention now, as College students. For example, an engineer Web-developer, certified specialist 1C-Bitrix Samat Ibraev advised the guys to do more self-study HTML and PHP, and do not forget about computer graphics.

Then the students were introduced to the engineer-programmer, certified 1C specialist Ludwig Vitovsky, who in a short time of work in the company showed excellent results and is now one of the leading specialists. This gives an incentive to the guys sought to show their skills and proves that with excellent knowledge you can move up the career ladder much faster.

It was noted that despite the fact that there are different types of departments, all employees of the company strive to not be narrowly focused specialists, but to cover more types of work: managers can take on simple stages of programming, software engineers produce not only the maintenance and writing of individual functions 1C, but also develop programs from scratch in 1C and other programming environments. There are a team of young professionals and speakers who present their software products to customers, make a presentation of applications, because it is important for the company not only to develop a program, but also to sell it profitably, although in most cases the company works with regular customers and already receives a technical assignment for the creation of a software product with specific functions and tasks, i.e. an individual “turnkey”application.

Each participant shared a story about how he got into the company and noted that many came at the invitation of management after they were seen at various programming contests or other events. Including a graduate of the Kostanay construction College Valery Madyarov the protection of the diploma in educational institutions, he was invited to the company after the Deputy Director Eugene Zhukovsky visited in the composition of the state attestation Commission under the protection of diplomas in College. Yevgeny Valerievich noted that in the future he is going to cooperate with our educational institution on the issues of practical training of students, as well as their future employment.
