The peculiarity of the project “Youth personnel reserve” is its focus on identifying and nurturing promising staff. The project helps to create the necessary conditions for the acquisition of new knowledge and self-improvement. From 2009 to 2015 the project was attended by more than 13,000 young people, of which 404 people have passed the open competitive selection, testing, training modules, assessment of professional competence and training in state bodies and national companies.
This year’s participation in the project was filed in 1215 applications. At the end of open enrollment documents, the participants passed the competitive selection, which resulted in the next stage of the project zone selections and interviews held 691 people. The compositions of the competitive commissions were formed from the representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan, the party “Nur Otan” youth wing “Zhas Otan”, the Office of Youth and domestic policy areas.
As a result of the interviews were selected 16 people from 16 cities of Kazakhstan, including the Deputy Director of Information Technology Kostanay Construction College Esilbay Mukhamedrakhimov.
Esilbay Barlybaevich was invited to the third stage of the project, held a 3-day training at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Kazakhstan and the School of Political Party Management “Nur Otan”. During the educational module participant he presented his personal project, attended workshops to improve leadership skills and personal growth, met with prominent civic and political leaders, to consolidate the knowledge, was on probation at the Committee of the state control in the field of communications, information and media Ministry of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
