In order to create the conditions for effective exchange of experience in the implementation of new approaches to teaching and learning on October 31 held methodical seminar in the framework of the regional educational-methodical association (hereinafter OMO) methodologists, deputy director for scientific and methodical work on the basis of Kostanay pedagogical college. The organizers are the Department of Education of Kostanay region and the Regional scientific-methodical center of technical and vocational education.

The seminar was attended by more than 40 supervisors and deputy directors on scientific and methodical work of the organizations of technical and vocational education of Kostanay region.

The participants got acquainted with key ideas for new approaches in teaching and learning as the conditions for the development of functional literacy of the future expert and professional growth of teachers, attended workshops on “Dialogue in the educational process” and “Assessment for learning”.

Of particular interest was the Methodological Council “The use of innovative teaching methods in the educational process for the development of functional literacy of future professionals.”

The participants noted the importance of the issues involved and the practical value of the seminar.
