October 19 at the College held its first meeting of a young teacher School (SIT) in the current school year. The aim is to adapt SHMP beginning teachers in the profession, the formation of social, professional and research activity of young teachers.

The structure includes the School young teachers, trainers who have worked for less than 3 years, seeking to improve and expand their knowledge in the field of pedagogy, to develop their intelligence and professional identity and their instructors ready to transfer experience.

At the beginning of the school year there was a plan of work of the School, set goals and objectives, a list of listeners.

The first session was held in the form of a seminar for young teachers on “Training – plan documentation for the lesson.” Young teachers acquainted with the regulations governing the activities of college and faculty, with the structure of training and planning documentation.
