In the reading room of the library of Kostanay Construction College held a roundtable on “Strengthening intersectoral action in the implementation of measures to prevent the use of alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, synthetic drugs.
The event began with a review of the book exhibition: “Your Choice”, dedicated to the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, which is annually celebrated on June 26.
Before the participants of the round table with the information spoke:
Bisimbayeva G.A., the psychologist of “KOCPZ” – “Factors to reduce the risk of addiction to psychoactive substances”; Yeginbaeva G.J., the medical worker “About improving work in the field of prevention of substance abuse among young people and adults”; Tikunova N., the social worker “Preventive measures as a method of combating drug abuse”.
Thanks to the conversation with the guests of the round table we were able to develop students’ understanding of the impact of drugs on health.
