For students of Kostanay Construction College on the basis of LLP “Atameken 4 plus” conducted a tour. The purpose of the event was to get acquainted with the principles of collection and disposal of household waste. During the tour, students were informed about the need for separate collection of solid waste to increase the proportion of recycling and reduce the amount of waste disposal in the environment.
The problem of pollution by household waste has always been a burning issue. Landfill is not just an ugly sight, but also far from being safe for health. It takes about 300 years before the plastic will fully decompose in the ground, not to mention the glass, which needs at least 1,000 years. Such waste, once in the landfills, remains in the ground for centuries, poisoning the environment with harmful emissions. That is why there are special ECO-tanks for glass and plastic in Kostanai today.
By the way, “Atameken 4 Plus” LLP has a waste sorting line. The contents of the eco-boxes, distributed by color, shape and grade. In a day, 70 cubic meters, but this is not the limit.
