On the basis of Kostanay Construction College from May 16 started the third stream of training courses “Talap” on the educational program “Teacher of technical and professional, post-secondary education: the improvement of job functions”. Training of 20 students on the educational program of professional development courses is held by an external trainer of the NAO “Talap” Ternova Olga Valerievna.
Courses will continue for three weeks and include the passage of the five educational modules with the implementation of practical work, training, master classes and internships on the basis of enterprises.
Participation in the professional development course “Talap” on the educational program “Teacher of technical and vocational, post-secondary education: improving job functions” allows students to develop skills in developing educational programs within the framework of academic independence and to improve professional skills in the profile of the modules taught. And the collaborative environment in which educators work together to solve problems contributes to the success of classes.
