May 12 in Tobyl town at the stadium “Zatobolets” was held regional rally “Young Rescuer”, which was actively involved in the military-industrial complex Kostanai Construction College “Arystan”. The organizers of the rally were structural and subordinate units of the Department of Emergency Situations of Kostanai region. The aim of this event – all-round development and preparation of the younger generation to emergency situations of natural and man-made character, and also receiving and improving the skills of action in emergency situations.
Competition of young rescuers included competitions in such disciplines as: fire relay race, visiting card teams, rendering first aid, rescue work.
Such events are held to popularize the system of civil protection. Every year the competitors improve their results, and young rescuers show great interest, showing a high level of physical fitness.
