Today, on April 1, the training “Self-esteem and its role in self-education” was held by the curator of the department of OPSS Abikenova A.M. in her group 360 K-2. The event was aimed at expanding students’ understanding of self-knowledge, self-development and self-determination. The aim of the training is to encourage students to analyze their actions, thoughts, feelings, self-observation, self-discovery and self-improvement. Aliya Mendygalievna was able to involve her students in a dialogue about self-esteem and its role in human life. Students participated in the exercises proposed by the teacher: depicted pantomime, expressed their emotions. The event was filled with quotations of sages and parables that complemented and enhanced the educational effect of the event. The participant was supported by the head of the department Golubchenko V.A., who gave a high assessment of the event. Present colleagues and participants noted the relevance of the chosen topic.
