The trainees of the NAO Talap professional development course on the educational program “Teacher of technical and vocational, post-secondary education: improvement of labor functions” continue to master the content module. The material of the lessons is built on the basis of the activity method, which allowed to include all the students in practical activities. During the classes the teachers conducted a functional analysis of the qualifications and independently identified the formed learning outcomes of the module.
On March 30 the sessions of the course were devoted to the development of criteria for assessing learning outcomes. During the sessions the teachers developed assessment criteria for learning outcomes depending on the formed competence. As noted by the trainees, the completed tasks will serve as an effective tool for improving professional activities.
