Allaverdieva N.E., pedagogue-psychologist of Kostanay Construction College, organized and conducted training on conflict resolution with students living in the dormitory.
She revealed the key concepts and introduced the classification of conflicts to the participants of the training. During a collective discussion, the causes of conflict situations, their positive and negative consequences, ways of conflict resolution were considered. Guys were also offered to take a test “Assessment of their own behavior in a conflict situation” and perform several exercises.
