On February 21 in Kostanay a ceremony of signing of tripartite memoranda on patronage of large enterprises of the region over organizations of technical and vocational, post-secondary education was held.
Memorandums were signed between the Department of Education of Kostanai region, LLP “BK-Stroy” and Kostanai Construction College, as well as between the Department, JSC “Rudnyy Sokolovstroy” and Rudnyy College of Construction and Transport.
The head of department of education Zaure Anuarbekovna Baimenova in the salutatory word has emphasized that the purpose of patronage of representatives of large business over colleges is higher level of preparation and guaranteed employment of graduates.
As noted the Director of “BK-Stroy” Valery Afanasievich Poleshko, “business is interested in qualified personnel, and close cooperation of enterprises with colleges is mutually beneficial – because, working in contact, educational organizations take into account the production requirements for our future employees”.
Nurlan Bakhetjanovich Orynbaev, General Director of Rudnyjsokolovstroy JSC, is also sure of the importance of cooperation, “80% of employees of our enterprise are graduates of Rudnyjsokolovstroy College of Construction and Transportation. And we would like to expand our cooperation.
The sphere of technical and vocational education is developing rapidly. It is planned that by 2025 every graduate of the school will be able to get free education in colleges of the region and the country. For quality training of future specialists the conclusion of memorandums with social partners will be continued.
