On January 26th with the students of the dormitory of Kostanay Construction College a training on the theme: “One Life” was held. The main purpose of the training – the prevention of suicidal behavior in adolescence.
During the event were discussed models of behavior in difficult situations, the formation of stress resistance and positive perception of life.
Game form of training created a trusting atmosphere in the group. The teacher-psychologist Allaverdieva N.E. told students about the possibility of overcoming difficult situations with reliance on inner resources, about ways of changing their own attitude and attitude towards life difficulties.
