Kostanay Construction College held a professional skills competition “Pedagogical Tandem” Mentor + Young Specialist. Four teams demonstrated their skills. The teachers showed videos of creative business cards and fragments of the lesson.
During the competition it became clear that talented teachers-mentors work in the construction college, they create their own system to reveal the potential of a young teacher, and each has the best teaching experience, authoring methods, a unique pedagogical handwriting, which mentors generously share with their young colleagues.
The competition results are as follows:
– the teacher-mentor Smoleva N.V. – the young specialist Epstein M.S. (Grand Prix);
– the teacher-mentor Semenova L.I. and the young specialist Ilchenko E.V. (1st place);
– the teacher-mentor Lovyagina T.V. and young specialist I.Yu. (2nd place);
– the teacher-mentor Biryuk B.K. and young specialist Baitenova A.A. (3rd place).
All contestants received diplomas and cash prizes from the Trade Union committee of the college. Congratulations!
