The coaching “Motivation – the main condition for successful learning” took place in Kostanay Construction College within the Young Teacher’s School.
The class with the teachers was held by the teacher of special disciplines Aysina Aliya Gabbasovna. The content of coaching is oriented to provide practical help to the young specialists.
Young teachers learned what methods of explaining materials and forms of work can be more effectively used with students with low or zero motivation for the course.
The coaching session ended with summarizing. The young specialists intend to use the knowledge they gained in their classes.
