December 7 at the gym of Kostanay Construction College held competitions in bench press, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The competition was organized by the head of the fitness center Gorobets Liliya Rashitovna.
? The results of the competition, the following: in the weight category of 53 kg 1st place Damir Amanbaev (gr. 8 DPSK); 2nd place Diyar Kazhigaparov (gr. 8 DPSK); 3rd place Timur Kans (376 MSPPR-1). In the weight category of 59 kg 1st place took Atrashivich Nikita (gr. 367 MSMP-2), 2nd place Bogdan Berir (gr. 13 MCA-3), 3rd place Samrat Neifeld (gr. 375 MOSR-1).
In the weight category of 66 kg 1st place Zubchenko Artem (gr.371 SS-1), 2nd place Metelsky Dmitry (gr.362 SO-2); 3rd place Ermanov Vitaly (gr.352 SS-2). In the weight category of 74 kg Ruslan Shibaev took the 1st place (gr.371 SS-1), 2nd place Eugene Chirkov (gr.378 MCA-1). In the weight category 83 kg and above 1st place Nikolai Vdovin (gr.355 Arch-3), 2nd place Marat Zhumabaev (gr.SES-1), 3rd place David Aab (gr.367 MSP-2).
