In accordance with the Register of public services Kostanay Construction College provides 8 public services:
1) provision of dormitory for students in technical and professional education;
2) issuing duplicates of documents on technical and professional education;
3) acceptance of documents to organizations of technical and professional, post-secondary education
4) issuance of certificates to persons, who did not complete technical and professional, post-secondary education; 4) issuance of certificates to persons, who did not complete technical and professional, post-secondary education
5) transfer and restoration of students in educational organizations, implementing educational programs of technical and professional, post-secondary education; 6) acceptance of documents for passing of attestation of education
6) acceptance of documents for passing of attestation for assignment (confirmation) of qualification categories to pedagogical workers and equated to them persons of educational organizations, implementing educational programs of preschool education and training, primary, basic secondary, general secondary, technical and professional, post-secondary education
7) provision of free meals to certain categories of citizens, as well as persons under guardianship (custody) and patronage, students and pupils of organizations of technical and professional, postsecondary and higher education;
8) provision of academic leave for students in educational organizations.
5 services are provided electronically, through the e-government web portal; 3 services are provided on an alternative basis, i.e. on paper, through the State Corporation and electronically.
In order to receive public services electronically, only an electronic digital signature (EDS) is required, obtained from the NAO “Government for Citizens” or from the CSC.
