The Kostanay Construction College held another meeting of the Young Teacher’s School. The training for young teachers was held by the teacher of special disciplines Tertyshnik Olga Sergeevna.
The aim of the training – to determine the most important criteria for success of the teacher, creation and development of the image of a teacher able to compete in today’s market of educational services, correction of the lesson planning and psychological approach to teaching.
The teachers did a microgroup exercise “I am like a real professional”, defended and discussed the map “Lesson Portrait”, and discussed the results of the teacher’s actions on the stages of the lesson. On the basis of the training the microgroups conducted self-analysis and self-diagnosis of their own pedagogical activity in the oral form. All participants of the School received material for use in a didactic piggy bank.
