“Our common life” was the title of a training session for students living in the dormitory of the construction college. The teacher-psychologist Allaverdieva N.E. held an activity aimed at team building. For some of the students it was a great opportunity to show their talents. And they did it perfectly.
All training tasks, set by the psychologist, have been executed, namely: the formation of a favorable psychological climate in the group, finding similarities among participants to improve the interaction between them, understanding by each participant of their role and function in the group, development of the ability to work in a team, team-building. The guys were very satisfied with the work done.
