On the basis of Kostanay Construction College held regional championship in arm wrestling, dedicated to the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
There were more than 90 armwrestlers from different parts of the region, including students of Construction College. Chief referee of the competition – Sharafutdinov Artem Olegovich. The chief secretary of competitions – Jvaridze Beka Borisovich.
Sportsmen competed in 6 weight categories. As a result of the championship the winners and prize-winners were distributed as follows: in category to 60 kg – 1st place was won by Berger Bogdan, a 3-year student of 13 MCA; 2nd place was taken by Sultan Rakhmetov, a 1-year student of 375 MOSR; 3rd place was taken by Aslan Nursultan, a 1-year student of B-KE.
In category to 70 kg – 1st place took Zubchenko Artem, a 1st year student of 371 SSEU group; 2nd place took Atrashkevich Nikita, a 2nd year student of 367 MSMP group.
In the category up to 80 kg – 1st place took Homenko Danil, a 2nd year student of 363 MCA; 2nd place took Bolgerdt Dmitry, a 1st year student of 375 MOSR; 3rd place took Litvyak Alexander, a 3rd year student of 350 CM.
In category over 80 kg – 1st place was taken by Marat Zhumabaev, a 1st year student of 371 SSEZS group. Among girls in category to 65 kg – 1st place was taken by Nadezhda Stanaitis, 2nd year student of 366 MOSR group. We congratulate the winners!
