The tutor Baisova O.V. gave a talk on “Teenager and the law” for the students of the dormitory of the construction college. The conversation was held with the aim of preventing crimes and offenses among young people, as well as the formation of legal consciousness of adolescents.
The inspector on minors, the senior lieutenant of police Abdullina R.B. was invited to the meeting with the students. In her speech she said that minors are persons who at the time of the offence were fourteen years old, but were not eighteen. The students learned what is an offence and how it differs from a crime, at what age criminal and administrative responsibility begins and what kinds of punishments are provided for the persons who committed a crime when they were under age. At the end of the conversation, students received answers to all legal questions of interest to them.
