October 22-23 educational psychologist N.E. Allaverdiyeva held another practical lesson with students of the Kostanay Construction College, aimed at team building and rallying the student team. The main task of the event was the need to teach children to work in a team, to negotiate with each other in conditions in which it would seem impossible to find a common language, to learn to hear and listen to each other, to solve common problems together. Specially selected exercises helped students learn the best qualities and achievements of fellow students, feel support, attention, and recharge team spirit. According to the guys, they got emotional pleasure from group interaction.
