A pedagogical council “Organization of the work of the college on the implementation of regulatory legal acts for the training of personnel with technical and vocational education” was held at the Kostanay Construction College.
The Pedagogical Council began its work with a speech by the director of the college Kadyrov Serikbay Kamzovich. He congratulated the teaching staff on the beginning of the academic year and wished the audience to effectively fulfill the requests of all participants in the educational process, the state and society as a whole, to form a competitive specialist motivated to find employment in the specialty received in the labor market.
The following issues were considered on the agenda:
1. Election of the Secretary of the Pedagogical Council.
2. Priority areas of work of the teaching staff for the 2021-2022 academic year. Approval of the consolidated annual work plan of the college.
3. On the results of the work of the selection committee in 2021.
4. Miscellaneous.
On the first issue of re-election of the secretary of the pedagogical council for the 2021-2022 academic year, it was decided to extend the powers of the secretary, I.T. Minguzhina.
Deputy directors made reports on the priority areas for the implementation of the development strategy of the training system, the main areas of the college for the 2021-2022 academic year; on the annual plan of educational and production work for the 2021-2022 academic year; on ensuring the quality of education that meets the requirements of modernization of TVE, taking into account a practice-oriented approach to teaching; on improving the educational process through the introduction and development of a unified information space of the college. The results of the admissions campaign in 2021 were summed up by the executive secretary of the admissions committee L.N. Erdenova.
Based on the results of the pedagogical council, a decision was made, the main goal of the teaching staff for the 2021-2022 academic year was determined.
