On the basis of the Kostanay Construction College, short-term courses on the program of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship “Enbek” have started. At the moment, 10 people are trained here for the masters of carpentry and furniture production, all of them are residents of the Kostanay region. Future specialists learn to read assembly diagrams, study the basic principles of assembly, calculations, material cutting and detailing of furniture, because, when working with a certain type of furniture, a professional must know its features well. Already now, the students of short-term courses have moved from the theoretical to the practical part of the training, where they perform work with interest and enthusiasm using electrified tools: a screwdriver, angle cutter, grinder, circular saw, electric drill, jigsaw, work on a panel saw. At the end of the short-term coursework, future specialists will be able to work in furniture stores, salons, in workshops that make custom-made furniture, as well as open their own individual entrepreneurs, which is important for these people, because they came purposefully in order to get another profession, and, perhaps, having acquired new skills, radically change your life.
