On April 8, 2021, the III annual regional career guidance forum in the field of services was held. It was organized by the Territorial Trade Union Association “Trade Union Center of the Kostanay region” together with the local trade union of workers of educational and scientific organizations of the Kostanay region.
The forum was attended by the Kostanay Construction College, the Rudny College of Technology and Service, the Kostanay College of the Service Industry, the Auliyekol Agricultural College, and the Kostanay College of Life Service. Each college presented presentation videos on specialties in the service sector and paid special attention to the fact that now the state is allocating funds for the modernization of colleges and the introduction of international experience in training qualified specialists.
As a result of the forum, recommendations were adopted to popularize and raise the prestige of the service sector professions and to work effectively in vocational guidance to improve the labor market.
