With the aim of promoting a healthy lifestyle in the library of building No. 2 of the “Kostanay Construction College” a conversation was held at the book exhibition “Healthy is great!” with 1st year students 367 MSMP-1.
At the exhibition, librarian S.V. Burenko books, periodicals and booklets about a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition, work and rest regime, about physical education and sports and bad habits were presented. After the coordinator for the prevention of behavioral risk factors, Beisekeeva Zhanna Aueskhanovna talked with the children about the need for proper nutrition and its effect on the body. Such events help children think about the dangers of addiction and the value of health, and librarians try to find convincing words and examples from life in order to protect children from wrong actions.
