On April 2, the strongest athletes of the Kostanay Construction College showed their ability to lift the heaviest projectile. Participants in different weight categories performed a bench press.
The bench press competition was organized by the head of the fitness center Gorobets Lilia Rashitovna. The competitions were held with the aim of popularizing this sport, as well as promoting a healthy lifestyle.

The results of the competition are as follows: in the weight category 59 kg, 1st place Akhmetov Amir (gr. 357 VTiPO), 2nd place Atakpaev Baimurza (gr. 6-ҒҚSP -2), 3rd place Tanatkanov Adlet (gr. 341 VTiPO); in the weight category 66 kg 1st place Sharifiev Erzhigit (group 6-ҒҚSP -2), 2nd place Lyamkin Danil (group 341 VTiPO), 3rd place Prozhogin Dmitry (348 MEOSG);
in the weight category 74 kg 1st place Danil Kudryashov (group 363 MK), 2nd place Salemzhan Ersultan, 3rd place Mustafin Amir (group 366 MOSR);
in the weight category 83 kg 1st place Victor Schmid (group 358 MEOSG), 2nd place Kostetskiy Maxim (group 357 VTiPO), 3rd place Ivan Kriklivtsev (group 357 VTiPO).
