In the student dormitory of the Kostanay Construction College, teacher-psychologist NN Tikunova conducted a training session with students of a special category on the topic “We are one family.” The purpose of the lesson: rallying the group and building effective team interaction. Tasks: the formation of a favorable psychological climate in the group, finding similarities among the group members to improve interaction between them; awareness by each participant of his role, functions in the group; development of the ability to work in a team; rallying the group.
