In honor of the 30th anniversary of Independence, the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev initiated the “Marathon of Good Deeds”.
On March 18, the “Marathon of Good Deeds” was supported by the students of the Kostanay Construction College of the departments of working specialties. They assisted pensioner Nikolai Tikhonovich in clearing snow from the local area. The event was organized with the assistance of the volunteer movement “Region 10”, as well as teachers and department masters: Vakhabova G.I., Kozhakhmetova D.Sh., Penkina E.S. and Baytenova A.A. Due to their age and health, elderly people are unable to cope with snowdrifts on their own, so such help from volunteers is especially needed.
Kostanay Construction College sincerely wishes good for each of you, may this day of Good Deeds make it clear to everyone that by giving something good and kind, you get twice as much.
