On March 17, the psychological service of the Kostanay Construction College Allaverdiyeva N.E and Tikunova N.N. a conversation and a training session on the topic “Conflicts and ways to resolve them” were held with students living in the hostel.
Objectives of the lesson: informing students about the concept of “conflict”; development of the ability to adequately respond to various conflict situations; training in constructive ways out of conflict situations.
Conflict is a violation of the communication process that arises as a result of opposing interests, views, opinions and causes serious disagreement. Is it possible to live without conflicts? Does a person need them? The guys actively expressed their opinion on these questions.
