Within the framework of the VI Regional Championship “Young Professionals” (WorldSkills Russia) 2021, a round table on the topic “Training of personnel for regional enterprises: modern challenges and problems” was held at the Shadrinsk Polytechnic College. The heads of enterprises and organizations, as well as persons who have shown interest in the problem under consideration, were invited to participate. During the round table the following issues were discussed:
1. Development of industrial, transport enterprises and agro-industrial complex in the region, Shadrinsk;
2. Development and problems of secondary vocational education in the region;
3. The level of development of competencies – the vision of employers;
4. Feedback between the educational organization and the enterprise.
Director of the Kostanay Construction College A.Zh. Shamshin made a report on the development and prospects of open source software in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the KGKP “Kostanay Construction College” and the GBPOU “Shadrinsk Polytechnic College”.
