On February 15, 1989, the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan was completed. For 10 long years a limited contingent of Soviet troops was in the Republic of Afghanistan. Carrying out the oath and following their duty, our soldiers demonstrated military prowess, dedication, mutual assistance, and professional combat training. The courage and heroism of our fighters have no statute of limitations and at all times are worthy of the deepest respect. On this day, students of the Kostanay Construction College congratulated the internationalist warrior, teacher of the CWP Aleksey Alekseevich Ermolenko on this significant date, wishing him success in his work, good health and a peaceful sky.
We sincerely wish all veterans health, prosperity, vigor, and a peaceful and calm life. Let the feeling of confidence in the worthy future of our country never weaken in you, and let the strength of your spirit never run out!
