Another unusual project was made possible by the Zhas Maman program, thanks to which the college purchased new equipment. So, the Kostanay Construction College has its own pottery workshop with pottery wheels, kilns for roasting and drying, and other necessary attributes, where the teacher of special disciplines Daniyar Burbaev teaches students the art of pottery. And in the week of the PCK, he held a master class for the general public. The purpose of the event is to familiarize everyone with pottery. Everyone had the opportunity to try everything on their own and make their own clay product. “Working with a potter’s wheel soothes, relieves stress, develops fine motor skills and helps restore harmony in the soul, which is important!” Says Daniyar Burbaev.
Pottery is a really interesting and accessible occupation for everyone, but rather difficult. In the modern world, the use of clay has not only not diminished, but has become even wider.
