1. A contract on dual training has been added to the number of documents confirming labor activity.
2. The bill excluded the norm on the establishment of the terms of study at the college by the authorized body.
3. Another issue, raised by colleges for a long time, has been resolved; now they will be able to provide services on a paid basis and sell goods produced in training and production workshops, farms, at training grounds.

4. Now colleges function at universities, however, according to the legislation, they could not receive a state order for personnel training at the expense of the budget. New amendments have resolved this issue as well.
5. Abolished the mandatory requirement for college accreditation as a condition for obtaining a government order.
