In order to unite the team and build effective team interaction for students living in the college dormitory, teacher-psychologist N.E. Allaverdiyeva. the training “Our Common Life” was held.
In the exercise “Centipede”, the children learned to interact with each other without resorting to verbal communication. By participating in the Two Groups exercise, trainees encouraged group members and received the feedback needed for effective and trusting collaboration. In the course of this lesson, the ability to analyze information about the processes and situations occurring in the group was consolidated.
This event allowed the children to be active participants, to get to know each other from the other side, to learn how to speak and listen to compliments.
