On October 26, 2020, a meeting of the pedagogical council of the college was held at the Kostanay Construction College, on the agenda of which the issue “The effectiveness of educational activities – the path to the personal development of the student” was considered – information for teachers was presented by the deputy director for educational work Inertbaeva G.S.The strategy of educational work in the Kostanay Construction College is focused on the active participation of the college in the process of forming the student’s personality. Education should not be a separate element of extra-curricular pedagogical action, but a necessary organic component of pedagogical activity, integrated into the general process of learning and development.Among the indicators of the effectiveness of the educational process, the following stand out:

The level of education of students – the results of the educational work of the teaching staff over the past academic year, the relationship with the activities of educators, the influence of the family and the environment, with the level of use of the educational potential of extracurricular activities by teachers.2. The state of work with parents – the state of unity of activities of the family and college, the effectiveness and efficiency of work with parents at the levels of the college-group.
• 3. The state of health and physical development of students – the level of health and physical development of adolescents, the implementation of the regime and the organization of food; the effectiveness and efficiency of health education among students and their parents; the state of sanitary independence of students, the state of physical education in college.4. The state of attendance by students of training sessions. The level of attendance of students in classes is the result of the educational, educational, organizational activities of the teaching staff and its work with the parents of students.
• 5. Interaction of teaching and student teams with the external environment.

Safonova, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs. Focusing on the fact that academic attendance is one of those categories that, on the one hand, serve as an object of management of the educational process, on the other, largely predetermine the educational and other achievements of students. The quality of the acquired knowledge and further employment depends on academic attendance – the systematic presence of a student in class. Attendance as a socio-pedagogical phenomenon is closely related to the creation of the image of the college.The decisions made as a result of the work of the pedagogical council will allow to adjust the activities of the teaching staff to achieve the planned results of educational activities. Educators have identified steps in the form of tasks that need to be addressed to improve the learning and development of the college.
