The Kostanay Construction College successfully operates the psychological service of the college. The service assists in maintaining the psychological health of students, creating a favorable socio-psychological climate in the organization of education and providing psychological support to participants in the educational process.So on 10/17/2020, according to the work plan of the teacher-psychologist in the college hostel, a meeting of college psychologists Allaverdiyeva N.E and Tikunova N.N was held with students living in the college hostel. The enrollment of students was 19 people. During the meeting, students were introduced to the goals and objectives of this service.The goals of the work of an educational psychologist are:
– psychological and pedagogical support of students and student groups in the educational process, increasing the psychological security of students, the formation of a socially adaptive graduate in demand on the labor market;
– providing social and psychological conditions that contribute to improving the quality of the educational process in college and aimed at the fullest possible disclosure of the personal potential of each of its subjects;
– creation of a system of psychological and pedagogical support for students of different age groups.Tasks:
studying the features of the socio-psychological status and adaptation of students for the purpose of timely prevention and effective solution of the difficulties encountered.
Participation in the development and implementation of events, the purpose of which will be to contribute to the formation of a positive image of “I”, a unique and inimitable personality, communicative competence, value attitude to life.
