Prevention of the use of psychoactive substances is a complex of social, educational, psychological and medical influences that are aimed at identifying and also eliminating the causes and conditions conducive to the spread and use of psychoactive substances. Therefore, psychological and pedagogical prevention is focused on the prevention of those factors, causes and conditions that cause deficiencies in the development of children and adolescents. Thus, a training seminar on the topic “Prevention of surfactants” was held for curators at the Kostanai Construction College. At this seminar, statistics on the use of surfactants were examined, video materials were viewed from which the consequences of the use of surfactants were visible. In the practical part of the seminar, the curators turned into students and actively participated in training exercises in which the positive and negative sides of the use of surfactants were worked out, is it easy to refuse to try if peers are using and what phrases will be effective for refusing to use surfactants. And most importantly, we came to the conclusion that a healthy lifestyle is cool! The curators use this material of the seminar when conducting curatorial hours, and perhaps students will think, “Is it worth spending your life and health on the use of surfactants ?!”
