On February 20 office workers with specialties of a technical profile has been held the round table “My profession – my future” with the participation of the head area of water SME “Kostanay-su” Nikishin, M. E., Walter B., teacher of special disciplines, Kuzibaeva W., masters of industrial training, graduate students of the specialty “Installation and operation of internal sanitary devices, ventilation and engineering systems (by types) qualification “Welder”. The purpose of the event was to search for forms of constructive cooperation with potential employers in the issue of forming a single portrait of a young specialist in demand in the labor market; creating a graduate model that meets the professional requirements of employers; establishing effective interaction between the Department to promote employment of graduates and employers who actively attract students and young professionals.
Our main task is to create conditions for understanding the social significance of the future profession, showing a steady interest in it, and preparing for future professional activities.
Valter Valentina Vladimirovna And kuzdibaev O. U. introduced the participants to the training of students in the specialty. Mikhail Nikishin told the children about the specifics of working at the enterprise on the example of the state enterprise “Kostanay-su”. Students were active, asked questions of interest to them, participated in discussions, and showed their interest in further employment in the state enterprise “Kostanay-su”.
