In a creative, interesting, and most importantly fruitful form, the students of groups 329 and 330 of the Arch-3 architectural Department had a practice in layout design. Under the guidance of A teacher of special disciplines, S. V. Shcherbina, the children worked on the implementation of the architectural layout of a 12-storey residential complex of a special order of our social partners “BK-STROY”. The construction company plans to build such a housing complex in our city at the intersection of Abay-Frolov street.
An architectural model is an exact copy of the proposed building with the repetition of all the main and secondary elements of the building. The guys were happy to take on such a difficult job, as it required precise execution in reading the drawings, and then transferring and processing to scale, to produce the smallest details of the layout. All parts were made of thin plywood, which was also cut by our former graduate, who works as a designer in the design company “Modern Art” Alexander Kolmychenko. One of the conditions of our customers was a mandatory demonstration of the layout of the floor apartments. The students also managed this request by making one floor removable, so that buyers of apartments could see the location of rooms in the apartment.
The implementation of this layout brought the guys together even more, and they stayed out of hours to see what their work would look like when it was completed. This was accompanied by a friendly atmosphere in the workshop, and the professionalism of the teacher.
