14.12.2019 year in groups of technical and construction profiles teacher-psychologist Smirnova V. V. and curators of groups was held a single training on the topic: “Secrets of success.” The purpose of which is to develop effective communication skills: the ability to defend their opinions without aggressive manifestations, to convince people, to establish friendly relationships, to work in a team. At the beginning of the training, the rules of working in the group were adopted, which the students adhered to throughout the training.

Students tried to work in groups without aggression and conflicts between each other. The training was finished with the following words: make new friends, establish business ties, be an open and friendly person. The ability to communicate is the key to your confidence in yourself and in your abilities. A confident person is able to achieve incredible heights in life!
